Introduction

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Staff Quarters project at Kyitsel-ling Tibetan Children’s Education Centre. This project, aimed at providing adequate housing for our growing staff, was completed over a period of nine months and has significantly improved the living conditions and overall well-being of our dedicated team members.

Project Overview

Objective:

The primary objective of the project was to address the accommodation shortage for our staff by constructing safe, comfortable, and affordable housing within close proximity to the Centre. This initiative aimed to enhance operational efficiency, staff morale, community integration, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Implementation:

The construction of the staff quarters was executed with careful planning and dedication.
The project involved the following key steps:
1. Site Preparation: Clearing and preparing the designated area for construction.
2. Foundation and Structure: Laying the foundation and building the structure of the staff quarters.
3. Interior and Finishing: Completing the interior work, including electrical, plumbing, and finishing touches to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Project Benefits
The completion of the staff quarters has brought about several significant benefits:
1. Improved Housing: All staff members now have access to safe, comfortable, and affordable housing close to the Centre.
